Absolutely perfect and marvellous location in the Matteson area, met the demands. The breakfast food was great and included cookies and eggs.

The room was good sized and well stocked, equipped with 2 queen beds and a working air, as example, it accommodated us perfectly. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus. The location was absolutely perfect, for example, Dotty's was not too far away from the hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing.

The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities provided were clean. The location was marvellous, in the south suburbs! The restaurant had hot food, greatly enjoyed it.

Everything was impressive, nothing to complain about, I do recommend it. The food was great, with a wide range of options. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, room was huge and new-fashioned.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. I loved the attention to detail, especially in the clean rooms with two queen beds and a working air conditioning. The location is perfect, just minutes away from a variety of fantastic restaurants. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The breakfast offered a good selection and was a satisfying start to the day.

All in all, everything was fine.

Very large room, tastefully decrted

Yes I did! I have stayed with the Hampton in the past but the quality was going down so I stopped staying with the Hampton...prior it was getting a poor smell and it was at different hamptons across the county. But overall I knew they were pretty good for what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to see the upgrades from the wall decor to the furniture. I do think that in the rooms they should have tea bags available as I had to go back downstairs to get some. It would also be nice to know that no bath tubs are available or that my room would not have one; loved the shower but not use to that sort of change in hotels.

i really enjoyed the room where clean was told breakfast was good. the price was me$ 109. the hotel was just next door to shopping opportunities, and south chicago thanks to its comfy and perfect location.

Absolutely great and stunningly beautiful hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff in Fatima manager. The room with a working air. The location of the venue was unbeatable, to Country Club. Hotel's food was great and there is Ihop close by. We truly enjoyed staying in this property!
